AUDIENCE: Platform Sales Personnel and Selected Tellers

LENGTH: 1 Day

PURPOSE: The objectives of this conference are to prepare participants to convert phone inquiries into appointments and to make proactive teleconsulting calls to sell products, to obtain appointments, to add to client profiles, and to solidify high value client relationships. The conference will include "live" calls to target clients and instructor and peer coaching and feedback.

Participants will be able to:

  • Develop effective scripted call guides for a wide variety of common branch teleconsulting sales opportunities
  • Establish credibility and interest quickly on the phone
  • Overcome the most frequent objections to proactive teleconsulting calls
  • Identify immediately which prospects are interested and which are not
  • Prioritize the best prospects for client calls
  • Set appropriate objectives for their client calls
  • Monitor their own call effectiveness and make adjustments in their sales approach
  • Convert inquiries to appointments
  • Make effective use of branch call nights

Methodology:

Our consultants will conduct one conference, and your in-house trainers will conduct additional conferences as needed.
