PURPOSE: The objective of this conference is to develop competency in profiling and using your CRM system to develop effective retention and development strategies for new and existing clients.

Participants will be able to:

  • Conduct qualifying profiles with all clients and prospects
  • Conduct comprehensive profiling with select clients
  • Make appropriate recommendations based on profiling data
  • Set appropriate relationship goals for high value relationships
  • Set milestone objectives and sales tactics to support relationship goals
  • Prepare an effective client contact and development plan for specific clients
  • Use relationship review and other retention sales tactics to retain high value relationships
