Sales and Service Coaching

AUDIENCE: Supervisors of Sales and Service Personnel

PURPOSE: The objective of this conference is to prepare front-line supervisors to provide assertive leadership in establishing clear expectations for sales and service behavior and performance and to provide effective coaching support to front line sales and service personnel.

Participants will be able to:

  • Establish credibility as an effective coach
  • Negotiate realistic goals and 90-day action plans with each employee
  • Observe employees and coach them to effective use of specific preferred sales and service behavior
  • Coach sales resistant employees past their discomfort with referral selling and service behaviors
  • Conduct effective daily huddles
