Sales Consultant As a Sales Consultant, you will work on-site with CEO's and senior managers of top performing financial institutions to help them develop into world class sales organizations, dramatically increase sales productivity, and improve profitability. Since our client list includes banks, savings & loans, credit unions, mortgage companies, trust companies, investment firms and insurance companies, our consultants also benefit by constantly increasing their overall knowledge of the financial services industry. You'll work with clients to establish sales management processes and customize training to meet individual company needs. You'll help reorganize companies to increase sales; design recognition, compensation and sales incentive programs; complete sales automation and technology assessments, and develop performance tracking and measurements systems. You will also work hands-on with front-line managers and sellers to improve sales skills, coaching skills and sales strategy. This position also involves facilitation of classroom sales and sales management training, frequent sales calls to target prospects and existing clients, as well as exhibiting at the financial industry's top trade shows. This position requires 5 years of sales management experience in the financial services industry, preferably in retail or commercial banking. Classroom training experience is preferred and excellent group presentation skills are needed to be successful in this position. Sales Trainer As a Sales Trainer, you will work on-site at client locations to facilitate the financial industry's best sales management and sales skill training courses in a classroom setting. The opportunity to work with dozens of clients each year and to facilitate over 15 different sales, sales management and relationship management courses will keep this job exciting. You will recommend improvements to existing course content and delivery, contribute to the development of new training programs, and work with clients to meet customized training needs. Position requires 5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in retail or commercial banking. Classroom training experience and excellent writing skills required. Travel is required. Training Writer/Program Developer As a Training Writer/Program Developer you will develop training curriculum for classroom, self-study and computer based training applications; conduct classroom instruction; and assist in public relations and proposal writing. Position requires 3-5 years of curriculum development experience sales related topics for a leading edge training or sales organization plus banking experience and strong computer skills. Journalism degree is a plus. |
