Referral Selling January 10 and 12, 2012 2:00 PM — 4:00 PM (EST)
Audience: Bank Tellers, CSR’s and other client contact personnel who have referral sales opportunities.
Purpose: The objectives of this course are to prepare participants to create referral opportunities, and to convert referral opportunities into referral sales. This course is particularly helpful with onboarding new bank tellers and emphasizing a stronger sales role in their duties.
Cost: $195 per person
This training course is scheduled for Tuesday and the following Thursday for a total of two training sessions.
Retail Selling Jan 31, Feb 2, 7, and 9, 2012 2:00 PM — 4:00 PM (EST)
Audience: Banking and Credit Union Personnel, including but not limited to: Consumer Lenders, FSR’s, CSR’s, MSR's, and Personal Bankers.
Purpose: The objectives of this conference are to prepare participants to proactively seek sales opportunities, convert inquiries to sales, profile clients for relationship development, build the average revenue per sale through add-on selling, and retain and develop best client relationships. The goal is to help salespeople sell more in less time and to become more proactive in selling to high value clients and prospects.
Cost: $395 per person
This training course is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays over a span of two weeks for a total of four training sessions.
Sales and Service Coaching Feb 28 and Mar 1, 2012 2:00 PM — 4:00 PM (EST)
Audience: Banking and Credit Union Personnel, including but not limited to: Supervisors of Sales and Service Personnel.
Purpose: The objective of this class is to prepare front-line supervisors to provide assertive leadership in establishing clear expectations for sales and service behavior and performance and to provide effective coaching support to front line sales and service personnel.
Cost: $195 per person

Schneider Sales Management's Virtual Classroom Training is provided by GoToTraining and involves audio conferencing via computer and desktop sharing. Both Mac and PC platforms are supported.

While a headset isn't required to participate, it's highly recommended in order to fully participate in class discussions.
