Assessment Of Your Current Sales Practices
Schneider Sales Management will evaluate your current sales practices compared to industry best practices. Our findings, along with our recommendations are presented to executive management. During our assessment, we will:
- Conduct employee survey to identify impact of current sales practices
- Review documentation of current sales practices to identify best practices and causes for performance gaps
- Interview sales leaders to identify current sales strategies, sales management practices, sales support issues and performance gaps
- Interview top sales producers to identify best sales practices for development of a Preferred Way of Selling®
- Conduct interviews with HR personnel to review recruiting, orientation, training, and accountability processes (minimum standards, appraisals and progressive discipline)
- Conduct an on-site review of customer information and transaction processing systems including customer relationship management systems, lead generation, profitability, and sales tracking
