Now You Can Certify the Mastery of Selling Skills

SaleSkill Mastery®, a self-study sales skill certification program, is the financial industry's only learning and sales skill certification program in an age in which continuous learning, licensing and testing of competency are crucial to success in selling.

Available only through Schneider Sales Management, Inc., SaleSkill Mastery® is self-customizing for positions ranging from teller and call center representatives to personal banker, branch manager and business banker with two levels of certification, each level requiring at least eight months of skill application and testing. All testing and report generation is done for you through state-of-the-art technology.

Objectives
The objectives for salesperson certification are real accountability for mastery and use of core selling competencies, reinforcement of preferred selling practices taught in sales training and recognition of growth and personal achievement. The program also facilitates productive coaching by line supervisors.

Self-Study
The program consists of eight self-study modules and a final comprehensive written and verbal exam for each of two levels of certification. Each module consists of self-study, work assignments, video, performance journals, and testing components and takes at least one month to complete. To complete a module, participants must obtain their certification administrator's sign-off for successful completion of work assignments, role play demonstrations, and effective performance in real selling situations and pass a written and verbal exam.
